Berg Go-Karts
 Berg Go-Karts are the ultimate pedal go-kart. If you compare the Berg specification with any other manufacturer available in the UK, their karts are always of a higher design and build quality, we cannot recommend their pedal go-karts highly enough.
Though you pay a bit more for them and at 6-10 days, delivery on certain models is slightly long; they are well worth waiting for. We are an authorised Berg retailer and the feedback that we have had from our customers has always been very positive. If you read any reviews on forums about Berg Go-Karts, they will be highly positive 99% of the time.

Unlike cheaper alternatives, Berg Go-Karts use premium quality materials and their frames will be far chunkier than cheaper pedal carts. Though there is not a specific specification for domestic as opposed to commercial grade go-karts, Berg can be found in Holiday Parks, Animal Farms and so on and there are very few manufacturers who can make this claim. If you look at the frame construction of a Berg cart and the thickness of the steel, you will see why they are so strong.
As well as having a strong basic frame, Berg Go-karts are packed full of performance and safety features not found on most other makes of cart. Auto freewheel comes as standard on most carts. Auto freewheel is the mechanism that allows the pedals to stop turning even if the wheels are still moving. Though this feature is available on most children's bikes, it is not on all tricycles and certainly not on many makes of go-cart.
Berg offer many different carts which can be grouped in to various size and style categories. The Junior range is designed for 3-8 year olds, whilst the City range of the Cyclo, Gold and Roxy are for 5-15 year olds. The remaining Berg go karts are 'up to adult size' and are split in to the Racing Series, the Classic models such as the Extra AF and the off-road Explorer range. Recently added to the Berg stable is the Ferrari range, the ultimate in pedal go carts.
One of the other benefits of Berg Go-Karts is that that there is enough seat adjustment that a 7 year old and an adult can both use the same kart, they genuinely are designed and built to be the only kart that you will ever need to buy. Please though note that the only exception to this rule is the City range and the smaller Buddy and Junior karts.
