Metal Swings
 TP Swings are amongst the most popular in the UK. The TP Giant Swing range will take up to adult weight, is available in a variety of sizes and as is guaranteed for life. TP Giant Swings have been on sale in the UK for nearly 25 years and are still as popular as they have always been.
One of the main advantages of buying a TP Swing Frame, be it in metal or wood, is that TP offer a very broad range of swing seats to go on to their frames. Right from a seat suitable for an infant, through to a swing seat that will take adult weight, TP have all bases covered.

The TP Giant swing-frame range is available as either a single, double or triple - all the same depth and height but obviously the double is wider than the single and so on. Please note that a double frame is less than one meter wider than a single frame and a triple less than one meter wider than a double frame, so if space permits, it may be worth considering buying a larger frame.
We are often asked whether the swings need concreting in and the simple answer is that from a Health and Safety perspective, it is better to concrete a swing-frame in. It is unlikely that a TP swing would tip over, but clearly it is better to be safe than sorry. Please note that extension tubes used to be available for the TP Giant Swing range, but these were discontinued several years ago and are no longer available. Likewise in days gone by it was also possible to attach a deck (platform) to the swing frame, onto which you could add a slide, but again this option is no longer available.
The TP Giant Swing range is made of thick galvanized steel and it is no exaggeration to say that they should last 20 years. We must have sold over a 1000 TP swings since we started in the UK in 2002 and cannot recollect a single instance of a frame failure.
The Giant swing frames come complete with all fittings needed, including ground stakes and are compatible with all TP swing seats. Though one has to buy extra brackets for certain of the TP swing seats if they are being used with a wooden TP swing frame, with Giant fames you do not.
