    • Servicing your trampoline is an important task that should be done on an annual basis. Not only do trampolines weather but parts degrade over time therefore it's very important that you look after and replace parts when required. Capital Play will thoroughly assess your trampoline and provide the solutions for safe use.

    Our team of highly experienced trampoline installers and assessors will inspect all elements of your trampoline from the main frame, through to the individual components such as springs, jump mat, safety padding and safety enclosure if applicable.

    • Pre-assessment We will try to establish in advance which, if any replacment parts are needed to save you time and money
    • Springs Check all springs (free replacement of up to 10 springs if required)
    • Jump mat Full check and clean, paying special attention to the stitching and D-rings
    • Safety padding Full check and clean, paying special attention to the connectors and stitching
    • Enclosure net If applicable, full check and clean of netting, paying special attention to the seams
    • Magic lights if applicable, full check and test of the lighting system
    • The hole - inspect the weed membrane lining for any tears and clear the hole of debris
    • Installation check - Inspect the positioning, back filling of soil etc
    • Replacement parts - We will always quote for any parts we think are required and apply a 10% discount
    • Reminder - We will send you an annual reminder 11 months from the date of inspection for re-booking
