Warranty details

All the goods that we sell carry a minimum one year manufacturer's warranty, often longer than this. Full warranty details can normally be found against each product on this website, but if not please contact us and we will issue you with the relevant warranty details.

Please however note the following: All products on this website (unless otherwise specified) are designed and intended for domestic use only. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product if it is used in a commercial or public environment. If you have purchased the product from outside the UK, the warranty is still valid, but you will have to bear the cost of shipping.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear & tear of your product.

 

Warranty claims

Please email info@capitalplay.co.uk with the following information:

Your order number and date of purchase
Your current address and phone number (this may have changed since the date of purchase)
A photograph (or photographs) of the faulty part
A description of the fault - please give as much detail as you can
We will email you back to confirm receipt of your claim
On your behalf we will contact the manufacturer in order to ensure that the claim is dealt with as quickly as possible
We will endeavour to keep you fully up to date with the progress of your claim

We only work with manufacturers who we know provide a high level of customer service, so are confident that between Capital Play and the manufacturer your claim will be dealt with in as pain-free a manner as possible. From a quality control perspective, all manufacturers will insist on having a photograph of the fault.

It is the manufacturer, not Capital Play as a retailer, that holds the warranty. Our website gives outline details of all warranties; the full details of the warranty should be included in the box with your purchase.
