Do I need Capital Play to assemble my order? We offer an assembly service on many of the outdoor toys that we sell. Though 95% of the items that we sell are designed with self-assembly in mind and come with full instructions, we appreciate that many households do not have the time to assemble their order themselves. If a product comes with assembly as an optional extra, our website will detail this. We give an estimated self-assembly time against each product, so that you can decide whether you want to do it yourself or have someone else do the hard work for you!
Should you be unsure as to whether you want to self-assemble or ask the experts to do it for you, please feel free to call us on 01276 855600 and one of us can talk you through how easy (or otherwise) it is to assemble your order.
Which areas do you offer assembly to? We are based in Surrey (just south west of London) and cover most of the area local to us. Against each product that offers an assembly service, we detail which postcodes the service is available to. Unfortunately it is not economic for us to be able to offer a nationwide assembly service: we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. That said, if you live just outside our postcode zones, let us know and depending on our workload, we may be able to help.
Please note that for some smaller items (for example, wheeled toys) we offer assembly, but please be aware that this means you will need to collect the item from our site in Surrey as we are unable to deliver once fully assembled.
How do I order the Assembly Service? When adding your item to your order, please add the ‘Assembly Service’ option to your Shopping Basket. You are in effect buying this as you would any other product. In the checkout, there is space for you to detail when you would like your order assembled. We will endeavor to meet this request, but will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01276 855600 and place an order over the phone, specifying that you would like to have the assembly service. We can then arrange a time and date to suit you.
