Your name – so we know what to call you

Delivery address – well it is essential!
Telephone number – we’ll only call if we have a delivery problem or to talk to you about your order

Mobile number – not mandatory but if you supply one our couriers can text or call you with details about your order delivery

Data Erasure

All data relating to your order (your name, delivery address, phone number, order details) is kept indefinitely. You have the right to completely remove your account, however please consider if you think you'll need any spare parts in the future for your purchase as we use past order history to help select the correct spares for you. To request that your account and all data is completely removed, please log into your account, select 'Delete Account' and follow the instructions.

Marketing Permissions

Capital Play / Trampoline Spares Direct will only send you marketing and promotional emails if you have opted in on our website (Capitalplay.co.uk / Capitalplay.com / Trampolinesparesdirect.com) If you do not wish to receive any further email messages from us, please edit your newsletter subscription settings in your account. Alternatively, you can email us and we can remove you manually from the list.
